Position Summary

The main focus of the role is on applying project management experience, organizational and analytical skills in the following areas: Contribute to the running of assigned internal initiatives to improve team efficiency and productivity; Assisting with documentation of processes; Training and mentoring others at request.


  • Plan and manage internal projects to agreed objectives
  • Manage allocated teams.
  • Ensure close and regular communication with relevant stakeholders.
  • Share knowledge and take initiative to improve processes as required.
  • Where appropriate, design, document and implement processes.
  • Train and mentor other team members as required
  • Undertake other tasks and roles for the Company as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Project Management experience.
  • Experience driving initiatives and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Agility in managing complex tasks and relationships
  • Excellent organizational skills, analytical in nature with a curiosity towards solving complex problems, and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Professional attitude – comfortable working with cross functional and global teams.
  • Ability to interpret complex policies, contractual agreements, and regulatory documents

Qualifications And Experience

  • A relevant university degree with strong academic performance
  • Experience in a project management role in a technology-oriented or services organization.
  • 2 years’ experience in a client facing role.
  • Experience managing teams and mentoring others.
