Position Summary
The main focus of the role is on applying project management experience, organizational and analytical skills in the following areas: Contribute to the running of assigned internal initiatives to improve team efficiency and productivity; Assisting with documentation of processes; Training and mentoring others at request.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage internal projects to agreed objectives
- Manage allocated teams.
- Ensure close and regular communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Share knowledge and take initiative to improve processes as required.
- Where appropriate, design, document and implement processes.
- Train and mentor other team members as required
- Undertake other tasks and roles for the Company as required.
Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Project Management experience.
- Experience driving initiatives and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Agility in managing complex tasks and relationships
- Excellent organizational skills, analytical in nature with a curiosity towards solving complex problems, and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Professional attitude – comfortable working with cross functional and global teams.
- Ability to interpret complex policies, contractual agreements, and regulatory documents
Qualifications And Experience
- A relevant university degree with strong academic performance
- Experience in a project management role in a technology-oriented or services organization.
- 2 years’ experience in a client facing role.
- Experience managing teams and mentoring others.
