About The Role

Facilitate and optimize daily operational processes to ensure efficient workflow and coordination within the global Translational Medicine Organization.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Ownership of the TM SharePoint environment including maintenance of existing framework, collaboration with and guidance for teams.
  • Operational Support for Process and Compliance related operations including: maintenance of signpost, resource analysis, communication on Process and Compliance tasks, maintenance of subject matter expert lists.
  • Support the global TM Organization through ownership of a wide range of tasks relating to training, compliance and tracking of KPIs.
  • Maintain and support IT systems/trackers, to ensure accuracy of information by liaising with the stakeholders.
  • Develop, create, and distribute relevant Translational Medicine specific messaging and communication through multiple channels, using specialist knowledge and expertise in brand design and compliance.
  • Drive the development, implementation and maintenance of collaboration tools, digital knowledge, new and existing technologies for global TM in collaboration / coordination with the responsible owners of all TM groups as well as IT functions.
  • Provide Ad hoc flexible local and global operational and administrative support as needed, assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the TM organization.

Role Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field. Business-level/fluent spoken and excellent writing skills in English, additional languages appreciated.
  • Solid experience in SharePoint creation and data maintenance based on the stakeholders need. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
  • Experience in data collection and conversion in reliable output (graphical visualization and dashboard realization).
  • Experience in understanding of data management concepts and framework including master data management, data policy, data quality, data migration.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, high-detail, deadline-sensitive projects with a high level of quality in all deliverables. Y
