About the Internship 

Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) is hiring for Interns at Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC)!

Requirement:

  • The applicant should be a Citizen of India
  • Project work can be carried out either individually or as a group of maximum 4 students
  • Group members must be from the same branch, semester, and college
  • Project Work is offered to students pursuing BE/B Tech, B Sc (Physics/Chemistry), and Diploma (Electronics/Mechanical/Computer Science)

Duration

The minimum and maximum duration for project work are as follows

  • BE/B Tech: 45 days minimum, 90 days maximum
  • B Sc (Physics/Chemistry): 45 days minimum, 60 days maximum.
  • Diploma (Electronics/Mechanical/Computer Science): 45 days minimum, 60 days maximum

Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria and grades required for the students are as follows

  • BE/B Tech: Completed 6th semester, Aggregate mark of minimum 60% or CGPA of 6.32 upto 5th semester.
  • B Sc (Physics/Chemistry): Completed 4th semester, Aggregate mark of minimum 60% or CGPA of 6.32 upto 4th semester.
  • Diploma (Electronics/Mechanical/Computer Science): Final year student, Aggregate mark of minimum 60% or CGPA of 6.32 upto 2nd year

Note:

  • Biodata: Attach a detailed biodata separately with educational qualifications, previous internships/projects (if any), skills, area of interest, work experience (if any), etc
  • Application Form: The application form (format attached to this post) should be duly filled by the student and signed by the HOD/Principal of the College/Institution. Incomplete forms will be rejected
  • Submission: The completed application form should be submitted to HRDD/VSSC at least 45 days prior to the commencement of the project work block period
