Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and talented intern to join our Sustainability Services team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to conduct a project focused on pricing strategy for business development, as well as contribute to the organizational development of our Sustainability operation function. Successful completion of the project will result in the award of a certificate, recognizing your valuable contributions and achievements in these areas.

Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify pricing trends and strategies within the sustainability consulting industry
- Collaborate with the consulting team to develop and implement a comprehensive pricing strategy for business development
- Evaluate pricing models and methodologies, considering factors such as competition, client needs, and profitability
- Analyze client feedback and adjust pricing strategies accordingly to optimize revenue generation and client satisfaction
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to the senior management team
- Support the development and implementation of sustainable operational practices within the firm
- Collaborate with various departments to identify areas for improvement in sustainability initiatives
- Assist in the development and maintenance of sustainability metrics and reporting systems
- Conduct research on best practices and emerging trends in sustainability operations
- Contribute to the development of training materials and guidelines to promote sustainability awareness and engagement among employees
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance overall business performance
- Collaborate with colleagues on ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
- Stay up-to-date with industry news, regulations, and advancements in sustainability practices
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of project activities and outcomes
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct thorough market research and analysis
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Passion for sustainability and interest in the consulting industry
