We are currently seeking interns to join our Human Capital Team at Protium Solutions. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in talent acquisition, allowing you to develop your skills and gain valuable industry insights.
Role and Responsibilities:
As an intern with our Human Capital Team, you will be involved in various aspects of the talent acquisition process, including but not limited to:
- Sourcing and screening potential candidates
- Assisting in conducting interviews and assessments
- Participating in recruitment campaigns and job fairs
- Supporting the team in candidate engagement and onboarding processes
- Collaborating with team members on various HR projects
Requirements:
- Enthusiasm and passion for talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Prior experience in HR or talent acquisition is a plus, but not required
