Job Description:

Join Spotify’s International Business Development team and be part of a company that is passionate about providing the perfect audio content for every moment. As a Partnerships Account Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the team’s growth in India and driving local partnership development.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture partnerships at the local level, collaborating with ad tech vendors such as DSPs, SSPs, and measurement companies.
  • Work closely with the Senior Manager, Business Development, JAPAC strategic partnerships to execute deals and partnerships from start to finish.
  • Establish effective Ways of Working with internal teams and external partners.
  • Occasional travel required to meet with partners and stakeholders (approximately 20% of the time).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ad tech and/or digital media sales.
  • Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, including publishers, podcasts, trends, best practices, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Ability to build and maintain senior-level relationships with partners and clients.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to think creatively.
  • Strong team player with adaptability, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
