Free Spoken English Course has been announced by the Delhi Government for the youth of 18 to 35 years. This course is absolutely free, but while enrolling under it, the person has to deposit Rs 950 as security money, which is returned after the completion of the course.

Information about Delhi Govt Certified Course
- The course will last three to four months.
- The choice of taking classes on the weekends or in the evenings during the week is up to the candidates.
- This course’s classes are conducted in an offline setting with some assignments.

- An applicant must be between the ages of 16 and 35 to be considered for this course.

- Only residents of Delhi’s NCT are qualified to apply for this program.
Fee Structure
- To apply for the course online, applicants must pay a fee of Rs. 950.
- The 950 rupee deposit will be fully refunded upon successful completion of the course.
- Candidates must attend at least 80% of the course to be eligible for the refund.
- EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) applicants are exempt from paying any fees.
- DSEU believes that no one should be denied the opportunity to learn due to financial constraints.
