About the Opportunity:

We are hiring for Intern BDA (Business Development Associate) who will assist the business development team in identifying potential clients, markets, and opportunities for growth.   • Assist the business development team in identifying potential clients, markets, and opportunities for growth.
  • Support the team in identifying and qualifying leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry databases.
  • Work closely with the team to help create persuasive sales materials, presentations, and proposals tailored to the needs of potential clients.
  • Participate in outreach activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, and introductory meetings to initiate client relationships.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, contacts, and interactions within the CRM system.
  • Assist in arranging and attending networking events, conferences, and industry meet-ups to represent the company and expand our professional network.
  • Collaborate with teams to align business development efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing reports and analysis to track the effectiveness of business development strategies and provide insights for improvements.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance your understanding of business development processes and strategies.


  • Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech in CS/IT) + MBA
  • Strong interest in technology, business development, sales, and building client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


  • This is a paid internship, stipend would be provided, with an opportunity for a full time job offer based on the performance.
