Key Responsibilities:
As an SFOE, your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring multiple seller flex sites from an operations and compliance perspective.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely launches and operational metrics.
- Utilizing your customer-centric approach and ownership mindset to identify patterns and disruptions.
- Demonstrating attention to detail by diving deep into data and anticipating implications.
- Flexibility to work weekends, overnight shifts, and travel to seller nodes for launch and monitoring.
- Role based in Rajasthan with corporate location in Gurugram.

- Gurugram, DL, IND
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent English communication skills (speaking, writing, reading)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or advertising
- Familiarity with regional retail and wholesale landscape, interactions with sellers and distributors
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple sites simultaneously
