  • Lead performance management, driving your team to achieve and exceed delivery performance goals.

  • Act as a stand-in for the Area Manager, demonstrating your leadership capabilities.
  • Flexibility to manage both day and night shifts for seamless operations.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate with a passion for customer-facing environments, logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing.
  • Proven execution skills with a proactive and resourceful approach to achieving goals.
  • Thrives under pressure and excels in ambiguous situations, offering innovative solutions.
  • Strong people management abilities, fostering teamwork and motivation.
  • Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal; comfortable with data analysis in MS Excel.
  • 1-3 years of leadership experience in process management and team supervision.
  • Familiarity with Amazon systems or similar platforms is a plus.
