About the Opportunity

  • Your role will require you to take on complex tasks and transform them into intuitive accessible and easy-to-use designs. You will be onboard with a team of Designers, Researchers and Engineers.
  • From creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes, we are sure this role will see your best potential.

Experience & Duration

  • Experience: 07 Months -1+Years UXR / User Research Experience 
  • Internship Tenure: 06 Months 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform active competitor analysis and benchmarking.
  • Provide continuous and actionable insights to the product teams regularly on how the UX can be improved by analyzing and summarizing the research insights into actionable guidance.
  • Stay up-to-date on the best UX practices in the industry.
  • Work closely with all supply-side product pods to prioritize and fix end-user problems and feedbacks.
  • Build a beta testing group to help us test out new features and to get continuous feedback from the Captains on issues, improvements, and opportunities.
  • You will be responsible for recruiting these beta users and keeping them engaged throughout their lifecycle.
  • Work with product teams on validating the initial hypothesis, running experiments, surveys, and workshops with Captains.
  • Monitor the pulse of the gig-economy, and the mobility-tech industry.
