Position Summary:
Teach For All, a global network of 60 independent partner organizations, is seeking a Senior Associate for Climate Education and Leadership. In this role, you will work alongside the Global Head of Climate Education and Leadership to support the integration of climate education and leadership development across the network. Responsibilities:
- Content Development and Knowledge Capture for Learning Calls
- Climate Education Training Offer
- Climate Education Events
- External Partnerships and Initiatives
- Student Leadership Development
- Initiative Management and Liaison with Colleagues Across the Organization
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of professional experience, including teaching with a focus on climate education.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications and Google Drive.
- Fluency in English (Fluency in other regional languages is helpful).
- Strong commitment to advancing equitable climate education.
- Prior exposure to Teach For All’s climate education work is preferred.
- Understanding of links between climate change and girls’ education is preferred.
