About the Role

The senior program associate will work closely with the leadership at Dalberg to deliver all parts of a program. The primary responsibility will be to support experts and facilitators in curriculum development, set up and manage the participant recruitment process, and drive operational and strategic aspects of the program. The senior program associate will enable participants to find relevant support during the program.

Qualifications

  • At least four years of work experience in a related field (preferably in education, training, fellowships, incubators, accelerators, and/or leadership development programs).
  • Experience in group facilitation/training or classroom teaching.
  • Prior work experience in a fast-paced environment, ability to work efficiently against tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity and exposure to the field of climate change and health preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, comfort representing program externally.
  • Prior experience with setting up and running sessions virtually (zoom, teams, webex etc.), synchronous and asynchronous collaboration tools (miro, mural, slack, etc)
  • A self-starter, able to see opportunities and make the most of them.

Compensation

  • This is a contract position for 12 months. We are offering a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience.

Location

  • You will be working across two cohorts (of 10-12 participants each). The program requires you to be available to work in two time zones i) South and Southeast Asia and East Africa, and ii) Latin America and West Africa, but you can work remotely.
