Jubilant FoodWorks Limited (NSE, BSE: JUBLFOOD) is Indias largest foodservice company and is part of the Jubilant Bhartia Group. Incorporated in 1995, the Company holds the exclusive master franchise rights from Domino’s Pizza Inc. to develop and operate the Domino’s Pizza brand in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal. In India, it has a strong and extensive network of 1,760 Domino’s restaurants across 387 cities. In Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, the Company operates through its 100% owned subsidiary which currently has 47 and 13 restaurants respectively. Jubilant FoodWorks also enjoys exclusive rights to develop and operate Dunkin’ restaurants in India and Popeyes restaurants in India, Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan. The Company currently operates 24 Dunkin’ restaurants across 8 Indian cities and 12 Popeyes restaurants in Bengaluru.

Job Description 

Jubilant FoodWorks is amidst transformation & expansion which will fuel the next level of growth and this creates both challenges and opportunities. While JFL is the largest QSR in the sub-continent, it is set to double in scale & size with a vision towards becoming a Multi Business, Multi Product, Multi Country Operations.

Job Responsibilities

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CSR strategy aligned with the JFL business objectives.
  • Conduct research to identify social and environmental issues relevant to JFL.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set CSR goals and targets and establish a roadmap for achieving them.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Engage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, community organisations, and regulatory bodies.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure stakeholders are informed about the organization’s CSR activities and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify shared goals and opportunities for collaboration.

Social Impact:

  • Identify and prioritize social issues and areas where JFL can make a positive impact, such as education, healthcare, diversity and inclusion, and community development.
  • Develop and implement programs and initiatives to address these social issues, including corporate philanthropy, employee volunteerism, and partnerships with nonprofit organizations.
  • Measure and report on the social impact of JFLs CSR initiatives.

Reporting and Measurement:

  • Develop and maintain systems to measure, monitor, and report on the organization’s CSR performance and progress towards goals.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on CSR trends, best practices, and industry benchmarks to continuously improve the organization’s CSR efforts.

Education Qualification/Required skills & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration, sustainability, social sciences, or environmental studies.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing CSR strategies and initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of sustainability practices, environmental regulations, and social impact programs.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
