As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Paytm, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, paid social media, display advertising, and affiliate programs.
- Measure and report campaign performance against ROI and KPIs.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize campaign spend and performance.
- Brainstorm innovative growth strategies.
- Conduct experiments and conversion tests to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience and landing pages.
- Use strong analytical skills to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
- Optimize user funnels and collaborate with agencies and vendor partners.
- Manage vendor payments, legal agreements, and financial arrangements.
Superpowers/Skills for Success:

- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Facebook/Google ads and affiliate marketing.

- Proficiency in A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Familiarity with website analytics tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Clevertap, and Google Ads Editor.
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools such as DCM.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
