As a Paytm Service Agent, you can earn up to ₹30,000 on your terms, whether it’s full-time, part-time, or flexi-time. You’ll promote Paytm’s services, such as QR scanner, UPI referral, Soundbox, and Fastag, to merchants, retailers, and individuals. The Paytm Sales Team Representative will guide you through the process, ensuring you have all the information and support you need to succeed. Your role will be to build a strong PSA channel in your territory.
About the Role:
As a Process Trainer – Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for bridging skills gaps, creating engaging learning materials, and evaluating training outcomes. Working closely with our sales team, you will identify challenges they face on the job and recommend strategies to boost their productivity.
Expectations & Requirements:
Training Content Creation
- Collaborate with Business and Sales Leads to understand training needs and create program outlines.
- Develop training modules for various platforms (digital/ILT/VILT), including videos with voiceovers, flashcards, infographics, presentations, and more.
- Design meaningful assessments to measure progress.
- Regularly update training content to reflect regulatory changes and product updates.
- Create marketing collateral, GTM presentations, and videos for channel partners.
- Maintain a repository of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and ensure it’s up to date.
- Create marketing and promotional messages to enhance customer reach and sales for the sales team and channel partners.
Sales Communication & Channel Presentation
- Craft content for internal communication regarding new products, processes, and initiatives.
- Collaborate with vertical heads to create presentations for stakeholder meetings.
- Design communications for employee notifications related to product and process changes.
- Develop presentations for function-specific contests and drives.
- Provide content for in-house creative teams for occasion-based themes.
Publishing Dashboards & MIS
- Publish weekly dashboards tracking agent joining and training progress.
- Create dashboards showing content consumption and assessments by stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to collect data on vendor trainers’ programs and publish dashboards regarding trainer bandwidth consumption and program delivery at various locations.
- Publish dashboards on new hires and training effectiveness.

- Strong instructional design skills.

- Advanced Excel skills.
- Quick learner with an understanding of sales channels and distribution models.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in training content development for sales teams.
- Graduation (Experience in content development is a plus).
