What You Will Do

As a member of our Human Resources vertical, you will contribute to various functions related to people and their development, including recruiting, learning, training, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, and organizational development. You will specifically align with our Recruitment vertical, responsible for delivering candidates to meet recruiting demand as outlined in the Recruiting Plan. Within this vertical, you may work in one of the sub-offerings, such as Recruitment, Sourcing, Scheduling, BGV (Background Verification), Document Collection, Onboarding & Internal Shared Services. By partnering with leading recruitment companies worldwide, you will help bring their vision to life, leveraging candidate-centric approaches and connecting expertise with unique insights into the candidate experience.
