Role And Responsibilities

As an HR Recruiter Intern, your responsibilities will include:

  • Placing job postings on all relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates
  • Acting as the front-line contact person for applicants, addressing their inquiries and providing assistance
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Managing applicant documentation, ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete and accurate
  • Participating in interviews and assisting with candidate evaluations
  • Preparing client presentations to showcase potential candidates
  • Attending company events to network and build relationships
  • Assisting with general office administration tasks as needed

Candidate Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
