1. Program Manager, Asia:

  • Location: Remote in India
  • Experience: 10 years
  • Salary: US $100,000 per annum paid in local currency


  • Support grantmaking processes, workplanning, and thought partnership.
  • Identify high-impact grants for gender equitable outcomes.
  • Conduct background research and engage with sector experts.
  • Manage program partner grants and foster evaluation.
  • Review and synthesize program partner reports.
  • Contribute to cross-cutting thematic areas.
  • Maintain regional team planning and reporting systems.
  • Promote cross-learning among program partners.
  • Support special projects as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in gender equality.
  • Experience working directly with senior-level staff.
  • Fluency in English required; knowledge of other languages a plus.
  • Experience in grantmaking and knowledge of the region preferred.

2. Program Manager, LME:

  • Locations: Remote in Kenya or India
  • Experience: 7 years
  • Salary: US $100,000 per annum paid in US$ in Kenya or local currency in India


  • Develop adaptive learning, evaluation, and feedback practices.
  • Support program and research partners on LME.
  • Manage overall program management for the LME team.
  • Collate and synthesize partner reports and dashboards.
  • Conduct research and stay informed on relevant updates.
  • Source new research investment opportunities.
  • Support partnerships and coordinate efforts.
  • Prepare reports and communication materials.
  • Participate in special projects as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in learning, measurement, and evaluation.
  • Experience in advancing social justice and system-change approaches.
  • Experience working directly with senior-level staff.
  • A Master’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and at least one other language.
  • Experience in grantmaking and knowledge of the region preferred.
