Responsibilities:
- Update clients’ KYC (Know Your Customer) and suitability information by researching internal sources.
- If information is unavailable, you may need to communicate with advisors via email.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduation / Post Graduation in any discipline.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to handle work pressure effectively.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Openness to learning and receiving feedback.
- Good understanding of Operations Processing.
- Familiarity with financial products.
- Skill in managing and prioritizing tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools.
- Proficient email writing skills.
- Openness to continuous learning and feedback.
- Strong grasp of KYC Documentation.
