Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage internal transfer processes.
  • Collaborate with internal team members and other ELE groups to ensure quality and SLAs on deliverables.
  • Prepare and oversee internal documentation to meet SLAs and quality benchmarks.
  • Enhance the Deloitte employee experience and manage separations for departing professionals.
  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders for clearance and timely release of F&F settlements.
  • Provide timely responses to employee queries.

About the Team:

The ELE team supports existing and new hires in the US and USI, handling various core activities. Our ELE professionals oversee end-to-end candidate activities, from application management to separation. Our team adheres to established quality, service, and delivery standards, such as delivering regular reports punctually and maintaining workflow efficiency. We offer a wide range of services to US and India professionals while continually expanding our portfolio.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Graduate with 1 to 3 years of HR work experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce and HRIS.
  • Ability to engage with all levels within the organization.
  • Self-driven with the ability to tackle moderately complex assignments.
  • Exceptional client service capabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills, adept at multitasking and prioritization.
  • Adaptable to change, approaching challenges with creativity.
  • Can independently execute responsibilities and work with minimal instruction.
  • Displays professionalism, integrity, and thrives in a confidential environment.
  • Experience with complex projects and virtual teams.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred:

  • Postgraduation (MBA in HR, MA, MCom) is preferred.
  • Exposure to interacting with US clients/stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based applications like SAP HR, Taleo, Success Factor, etc.
  • Experience in multinational company HRSS departments.
  • Knowledge of business process reengineering and quality control.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including macros.

  • Proficient in virtual work and multitasking.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Experienced in working independently on multiple assignments.
