Job Role:
The role involves collaborating with and supporting Field consultants in generating license inventory reports, retrieving necessary paperwork, and assisting customers in effectively managing their licenses. This includes conducting thorough research on customer details using internal Oracle applications and external sources like Wikipedia, the customer’s corporate website, and Google. The role requires close coordination with team members to achieve transaction goals and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the business process.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Field consultants to generate license inventory reports and assist customers in managing licenses.
- Conduct in-depth research on customer details using various sources.
- Work effectively with team members to achieve transaction goals.
- Complete required LIR certifications, including pre-certification, Bronze, and Silver.
- Collaborate with operational process enablement teams for process improvements and enhancement ideas.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for process-related inquiries.
Key Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to comprehend and interpret information from journals, articles, and internet sources for processing transactions.
- Good listening and comprehension skills.
- Attention to detail when conducting both external and internal research.
- Proficiency in computer usage and MS Office applications like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
Basic Requirements:
- Any Graduate with 0-2 years of experience in any discipline.
