As an SFOE, you will play a crucial role in monitoring multiple seller flex sites, focusing on operations and compliance. You’ll collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely launches and meet operational metrics. With a deep commitment to customer satisfaction and a strong sense of ownership, you’ll leverage your analytical skills to identify patterns and address disruptions. This role requires the ability to delve into details, anticipate data implications, and adapt to flexible work hours, including weekends and overnight shifts. Additionally, you may need to travel to seller nodes for the setup and monitoring of Flex operations.
