The CSR team is dedicated to develop, strengthen and provide meaningful impetus to the entire Indian sports ecosystem. We work across a multitude of verticals and look to create impactful and valuable programs and partnerships to realise the potential of sport in India. Your Role:

  • Identifying opportunities and executing viable options across our different sports verticals – both internal and in partnership with the government and other stakeholders
  • Assisting in monitoring and evaluating of each program from start to finish including on-site visits and maintaining stakeholder relationships
  • Conducting research and analysis of the sports industry and ecosystem in order to chart the way forward for each of our verticals
  • Preparing reports, contracts, documents and presentations related to programs and communication in close collaboration with the marketing, PR and legal teams
  • Assisting in enhancing the foundation’s credibility and footprint through various short-term and long-term initiatives
  • Working within the CSR team to lead the foundation’s engagement with the government and other stakeholders

Must Have:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience of working in CSR/non-profit related functions.
  • Passion for Sports
  • Ability to evaluate proposals to assess their impact and effectiveness and assist in coordination and completion of selected projects

Good to Have:

  • Strong understanding of the sports environment and ecosystem
  • Excellent research and analysis skills 
  • Experience of working with stakeholders in state and central governments in sport

Remuneration

  • 5 Lakhs to 6 Lakhs INR per annum.
