Educational Qualification

  • A graduate in any field or an MBA (preferred)  with 1-2  years’ experience in a research role, preferably in a financial, market research or management consulting firm (mandatory)
  • Hands-on experience in the chosen research vertical (BFS, Telecom, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, Technology etc.)

Roles and Responsibilities

Business Analyst

  • Work across different components of Ledger like Trading/General ledger, Journal rule engine, Static requirements, Reporting, Reconciliation etc. 
  • Required to understand Front Office to Back Office system architecture, data flow and feed requirements for Ledger posting. Strong domain on lifecycle of Equity, Fixed Income, FX and OTC products. 
  • The BA will work mainly with India BA team and will be required to liaise with relevant User Group i.e. Product Control/Finance Control/GLIC in Japan and will also need to co-ordinate with Finance IT dedicated to this project. 
  • The role is very hands-on and requires good analytical skills, understanding of products & accounting knowledge is essential. 
  • Immediate deliverables will focus on requirements gathering & documentation, maintaining key project documentation (plans, action logs, RAID logs), analysis of strategic data sources, and management of the regular testing cycles 
  • Prior experience in Ledger Implementation projects would be preferred.

Team Leader

  • Work with the Pod Leader, a seasoned senior analyst and Client Sales Team to provide research & analysis on (amongst other things):
  • Understand the client brief, and generate insightful reports through research and analysis
  • Analyze industry trends and market developments and present meaningful insights
  • Create in-depth, relevant research reports on potential targets
  • Develop deep-rooted knowledge of and expertise in the vertical and cloud solutions
  • Assist in research in other verticals as needed
