Position
- Jr Associate/ Associate – Client Account Management
Roles and Responsibilities
- The CAM team will essentially be the external facing team “servicing the client”. They will act as a bridge between Sales and Operations.
- They will also work with the Operations team to get timely project updates, mitigating challenges, communicating challenges and solutions to the client, monitoring milestones to raise timely invoices and communicating the same to the Finance team.
- Build long-term relationship with clients
- Helping operations in creating implementation plans for effectively executing projects.
- Help design programs around different thematic areas to help clients see maximum value in their investments.
- Creating progress document on the project as and when the client demands with support from Ops
- Assist operations with challenging client requests or issues and escalations.
