Key Responsibility

  • Check guidelines / notifications issued by regulatory / statutory bodies.
  • Prepare gist of the amendment for issued notification.
  • Study and interpret regulatory / statutory guidelines for Reviews.
  • Assist in on-going activities of the Team.
  • Maintain proper record of activities handled.
  • Conduct one Review solely.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Cleared CS – Executive on 1 st Attempt with 60% academic score across.
  • Good knowledge of Corporate Laws and be familiar with Companies Ordinance, Rules and Regulations of Regulatory / Statutory Bodies.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Good command over both spoken and written English.
