Established in 2017, the Food and Land Use Coalition (FOLU) is a community of organisations and individuals committed to the urgent need to transform the way we produce and consume food and use our land for people, nature and climate.
About the Opportunity
Food and Land Use Coalition (FOLU) in collaboration with WRI and Govt. of MP is offering hands-on experience by engaging in fieldwork in Madhya Pradesh for a sustainable agriculture project. It will involve engagement with farmers and the farming community.
Total Duration:
- 1 month (3 days of training in Bhopal followed by field work in 20 villages in any of the assigned districts in the state)
What we Offer:
- A certificate jointly signed by WRI India, FOLU India and Government of MP
- All field expenses including official travel, food, accommodation will be taken care of
- A basic honorarium of Rs.15,000 shall be paid.
What we Require:
- Applicant should be available full-time for 1 month (July end to August end)
- Someone with a background in social science/agriculture/ or a related discipline
- Preferably someone with a prior field experience

- 26th July, 2022 to 29th August, 2022.
