About the Opportunity
Altletics is looking for an intern to help kickstart its sports-focused education-tech vertical, EqualField. Equal Field will offer short-term, intensive courses on different aspects of the Indian sports industry, namely: journalism, marketing, talent management and analytics. The intern will assist in execution, coordination and marketing of the program.
At the moment, the position is a short-term role until December, but can be extended based on performance and quality of deliverables. This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in building a career in the sports industry in India.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist the Altletics team in design and implementation of ed-tech courses on the different aspects of the sports industry in India.
- Support program mentors – who are industry experts in journalism, marketing, management and analytics – in design and delivery of course material
- Coordinate with industry experts to understand their requirements and provide ancillary support during sessions.
- Lead research and put together reading material for different sessions in the program
- Send out regular updates and coordinate with students of the program.
- Assist in targeted marketing and outreach strategy to promote the program in relevant circles.
- Identify and reach out to potential institutional partners to help place students after the program.
Remuneration:
- Rs. 15,000/- to 20,000/- per month (based on qualifications and experience)
