Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding YouTubers and influencers.
- Managing end-to-end execution of Influencer Marketing campaigns for CashKaro and other clients.
- Executing campaigns across various social media channels including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and more.
- Developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns, including influencer selection, budget allocation, and post-campaign evaluation.
- Brainstorming innovative approaches to influencer campaigns.
- Maintaining communication with clients and influencers to execute the digital strategy and provide brand solutions.
- Analyzing campaign outcomes using a data-driven approach and taking appropriate actions.
- Taking ownership of assigned tasks or campaigns.

- Ability to pitch campaigns and negotiate with influencers.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Creative mindset, team player, flexibility, and a can-do attitude.
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
