About the Opportunity:
Branch Operations Manager is responsible for day to day operations of the branch including Disbursement and customer relationship. This role encapsulates the responsibility of providing a seamless and fulfilling customer experience and ensuring IDFC First becomes the primary bank for all banking needs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation: Bachelors in Technology / Mathematics / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Engineering / Management.
- Post-graduation: MBA, PGDM
- Experience:0 to 2 years of experience in Operations/ Customer Service.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing Micro business loan Disbursement.
- To maintain Turn Around Time & Quality of the files at the time disbursement
- Checking and disbursement of MBL cases on system based on the Company policy and parameters
- To co-ordinate with all Stake Holders like Sales, Credit, Fraud Containment Unit on a regular basis for process and policy changes and daily work
