About the Opportunity
The ideal candidate will be a fresher from Human Resource background and shall be ready to learn and grow with the organization .
Responsibilities
- On boarding and updation of internal database with new employee information
- Shall be responsible for analyzing and understanding the reasons for attrition
- Talent Acquistion will be a major part of this profile
- Social Newtwork handling like Job posting / revert on applications received /managing the career page
- Prepare HR related reports as needed
- Addresss employee queries about benefits .
Stipend & Location
- Stipend paid will be Rs 5000 per month
- Location : Bhubhaneshwar
