Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing HR processes, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Coordinate with the Hiring Team and Talent Marketing Team.
- Contribute to maintaining HR policies and procedures, updating the internal database with employee information and forms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on exciting HR Employee Engagement initiatives.
- Provide support with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations in areas such as reimbursements and insurance.
- Demonstrated passion for learning and growing in HR operations.
- Basic knowledge of HR practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
