Structure of Hack-AI 2023:
- Round 1: Teams must solve the Round 1 Problem Statement and submit all relevant files.
- Mentoring Sessions: Online sessions will be conducted to provide finalist teams with insights into the final Problem Statement.
- Final Round: Selected finalists will compete in an offline hackathon at the IIT Bombay campus.
Timeline of Tech-Aid 2023:
- Last Date of Registration: October 2, 2023.
- Round 1 Submission Deadline: October 8, 2023.
- Finalist Announcement: October 15, 2023.
- Final Round at IIT Bombay Campus: December 27, 2023.
Who Can Participate:
- Individuals with a valid ID card.
- Early-stage startups.
- College passouts up to 3 years old can participate in the competition.
Rules:
- Online registration on the official Techfest website is mandatory.
- Each team will receive a unique Team ID upon registration.
- Organizers’ and judges’ decisions are final and binding.
- Techfest, IIT Bombay, is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries.

- Teams are responsible for their devices, and laptops should be charged before the competition.
