Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assistance in managing direct tax client engagements
  • Involving in advisory assignments that are complex in nature and require considerable judgment, initiative, and technical/specialized knowledge to resolve problems and/or develop recommended solutions
  • Assistance in undertaking compliances like 
  • filing corporate tax returns, TDS returns etc. 
  • Participating in engagements involving cross border taxation and structuring 
  • Handling clients with varied industry profiles and complexities
  • Preparation of tax alerts/ summary on recent direct tax judgments 
  • Research and assistance in writing technical articles for print and online media 
  • Research and drafting direct tax thought leadership publications

Desired Profile:

  • Educational Qualification- pursuing CA
  • Willingness to travel

Skill Set:

  • Understanding of Income tax, Company Law and Regulatory compliances.
  • The candidate should have good understanding of the Income Tax Law and other Acts such as Companies Act and FEMA.
  • Good communication skills
  • Deadline-Oriented, analytical. Possess sound business knowledge
