As a Sales Talent Mapping Intern at Cargill, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting phone screenings and talent mapping for key sales roles in India within specified timelines.
  • Completing diversity talent mapping for sales roles assigned by Cargill’s talent acquisition team.
  • Gathering market intelligence and best practices to inform talent acquisition strategies.

Project Scope:

  • Building a diverse pipeline for active and future sales and marketing roles, specifically focusing on diversity hires based on location and band.
  • Targeting female candidates from FMCG and similar industries, aligned with our business objectives.
  • Creating market intelligence reports on the availability of diverse talent pools within the sales domain.
