About the Internship
Media Monk is hiring for Desktop Support Interns!
Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Provide technical support to end-users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
- Assist in managing and maintaining the organization’s network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems and assist in resolving network-related issues
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or a recent pass out with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and software applications
- Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols (TCP/IP), and network troubleshooting tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication
