Roles and Responsibilities 

Managing Relationships

  • Collaborate virtually with CM and cross-functional team members across different geographies and cultures to meet established project goals 
  • Develop effective working relationship with stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Support stakeholder interactions including planning, logistics management, facilitation, taking minutes, and tracking follow up items
  • Meet regularly with CM project lead to stay abreast of current project scope and timelines

Change management

  • Use defined and established organizational change management processes, templates, and guidance 
  • Support development of project-specific change management scope, strategy, approach, and deliverables 
  • Assist with development and delivery of project scope within specified timeframe including: 
    • Stakeholder analysis and engagement 
    • Change impact analysis 
    • Leadership engagement and alignment 
    • Readiness assessment 
    • Communications, training plans and materials 
    • Local adoption tracking and reporting 

Required Qualifications:

  • Education (degree): Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline or an equivalent amount of professional experience working in a matrixed global environment
  • Years of Experience: 4 – 6 years’ experience in a professional/client services capacity, emphasizing skills in the following areas: communication, change management, documentation, learning, and general business analysis
  • Technical Skills: 
    • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) including experience developing and delivering executive level presentations
    • Ability to translate technical concepts and business information into various forms of documentation for various audience types (non-technical business teams, technical teams, system administrators, and integrators)
    • Advanced writing skills; able to produce world-class communications for a global audience across many organizational levels
    • Experience with technology implementations
  • Strong proficiency in: 
    • Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams
    • Screen capture tools (e.g., SnagIT)
    • Web site design/layout 
    • Proven ability to work within a remote/virtual, multi-disciplinary team across multiple countries
    • Strong critical thinking capabilities and track record of continuous improvement 
    • Demonstrates strong value for diversity and ability to team and collaborate effectively

Other Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Ability to interact with varying levels of management
  • Ability to understand and explain complex business processes
  • Flexibility/adaptability – comfortable working with ambiguity and continually evolving priorities
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Working knowledge of eLearning tools (Captivate, Articulate Storyline/Presenter, Brainshark) a plus
