About the Role:

We are seeking a full-time Associate to play a pivotal role in driving Dasra’s communication efforts for the Rebuild India Fund. The selected individual will be actively involved in designing and executing campaign plans and communication strategies under the guidance of program team members. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with external stakeholders to advance the fund’s campaign and communications objectives.

Responsibilities:

Program Implementation:

  • Support the delivery of campaigns and communication strategies aligned with the Rebuild India Fund’s goals.
  • Implement creative strategies, curate thought leadership content, and manage communication platforms like social media and media channels.
  • Contribute to the creation of communication collaterals such as videos, websites, and infographics.

Research:

  • Conduct research to stay abreast of sector developments relevant to the Rebuild India Fund’s domain and impactful communications strategies.
  • Analyze a wide range of specialized material on campaign issues and strategies.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Actively engage with key communications stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.

Project Management Support:

  • Assist in creating project reports and proposals, and monitor budgets and grants.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, including vendor management.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate with 3-5 years of work experience in the development space, advisory, research & analytics, business processes, operations, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communications to specific audiences.
  • Project management skills, meeting deadlines, attention to detail, and identifying conflicts/roadblocks with some support and guidance.
  • Proficiency in research and data analytics, framing sharp research questions, and collecting relevant information from credible sources.
  • Relationship management skills, understanding stakeholders’ expectations, and fostering relationships for shared goals.
  • Basic knowledge of PR, digital, and social media.
  • A deep passion for the development sector and the communities we serve is essential.
