Desired Candidate Profile:
- CS executive or CS professional cleared
Role Exposure:
Candidate will have exposure to:
- Company Law – Research, Advisory and Compliance
- Foreign Exchange Management Act – FDI, ECB, Structuring, Advisory, FEMA Compliances, Liaison Office setup
- SEBI Laws and Regulations. Candidate may get direct exposure of dealing with Listed entities and compliance of SEBI laws and regulations;
- Limited Liability Partnership Act – Research, Advisory and Compliance
- Awareness of professional matters related Company Law, FEMA, SEBI, IBC etc, with education sessions.
- Learning from senior Company Secretaries with daily interactions
- Due Diligence, Private Equity funding, SHA and SPA drafting etc
About Team
Candidate will work with:
- 6 Senior Company Secretaries with 30 years of collective experience
- CS Interns,
Stipend:
- As per Industry norms
Selection:
- The selection of the candidate will be done on the basis of his/her past experience if any and few other necessary criteria’s laid down by internal management.
