Responsibilities:
- Apply intermediate subject matter knowledge to address common business issues.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and HPI’s standards.
- Understand business requirements and provide solutions/improvements.
- Conduct RPL entity screening and maintain high-quality standards.
- Support reporting requirements and provide accurate monthly metrics.
- Generate performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Proactively update process documents and develop tracking tools.
- Act as a focal point for escalations and handle back-ups for seniors/leads.
- Demonstrate awareness of basic IT controls and support team leads.
Qualifications:
- First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in a supply chain function.
- Strong knowledge of RPL screening, license determination, and embargoed screening.
- Active listening, communication, and influencing skills.
- Proficient in English and local language.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.).
- Team player with project and time management skills.
- Analytical and data modeling skills.
- Understanding of GTS/SAP/S4 and project management skills.
