Responsibilities:

  • Independently respond to customer issues using established protocols, exercising moderate judgment when necessary.
  • Skillfully troubleshoot and resolve moderate technical problems related to hardware and software through customer interactions and proactive notifications.
  • Provide expert assistance on service, product, technical, and customer-related queries, including features, specifications, and repairs.
  • Proactively guide customers to prevent or minimize future problem occurrences.
  • Contribute to process and quality improvement projects.
  • Report work progress to Supervisor or Team Lead periodically.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • 2-3 years of experience in PC troubleshooting and international customer handling, preferably in a Voice process.
  • Networking knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts.
  • Relocation to Bangalore is required.

Skills & Expertise:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, either remote or face-to-face.
  • Proficiency in various software applications like Microsoft Office, CAD, Adobe Suite, and programming.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Accurate data entry skills.
  • Fluent in the language supported.
  • Background in phone-based remote support or e-chat roles.
  • Familiarity with computer technology and call routing.
  • Understanding of case management processes, case logging systems, and obligation systems.
  • Proficient in internal processes, tools, and Knowledge Management Systems.
