Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced business analyst to provide insights and analysis on our Cloud offering Quote-to-Cash process and Business Operations. In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to identify areas of improvement, recommend solutions, and contribute to the enhancement of our products, processes, and services. Your expertise will guide the Sales team with valuable intelligence about our industry.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, document, and enable opportunities within the Cloud offering Quote-to-Cash process.
- Consult with key stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Customer Support, and Engineering to understand and establish business priorities and success factors.
- Present findings and recommendations, and document business requirements, functional requirements, and design specifications.
- Collaborate with Information Technology professionals to develop solutions that meet business requirements.
- Streamline the Customer onboarding process and enhance the customer experience through cross-functional collaboration, analysis, and research.
- Standardize 3rd Party engagement and processes related to Cloud functionality and Customer enablement.
- Develop and maintain processes and procedures to standardize the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash flow and supporting Business Operations.
- Ensure business processes align with Agile methodologies.
- Conduct business research, comprehend business rules, share results with stakeholders, and collaborate across different business areas to identify key success metrics and improvement opportunities.
- Continuously drive enhancements in existing business processes and work towards developing new processes for increased efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and management skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in technical writing.
- Experience in project management.
- Knowledge and understanding of relational databases and basic computer science.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Preferred: Experience in data visualization and data analysis.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Confluence.
