Role Overview:

As a Business Analytics Intermediate Analyst, you will integrate in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. This role involves dealing with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. You’ll apply analytical thinking, utilize data analysis tools and methodologies, and provide insights to enhance business decision-making capabilities.


  • Gather operational data from various cross-functional stakeholders to examine past business performance.
  • Identify data patterns & trends, providing insights for business planning, process improvement, solution assessment, etc.
  • Recommend actions for future developments, strategic business opportunities, and enhancements to operational policies.
  • Translate data into consumer or customer behavioral insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies.
  • Communicate findings clearly and effectively to business partners and senior leaders.
  • Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities.
  • Work closely with internal and external business partners in building, implementing, tracking, and improving decision strategies.
  • Assess risk when making business decisions, demonstrating consideration for the firm’s reputation and compliance with laws and regulations.
