About the Opportunity

As a Workflow Associate, you will coordinate DRS research workflow across 1-2 industries with customer service excellence, accuracy and organization. You will manage the daily workflow with an increasing level of independence, making sure capacities are managed optimally and, in a business-focused manner. You will set the tone and expectation for the customer, from the beginning to assigning the work.

Eligibility

  • 0-3 years of relevant experience and general interest in business research 
  • Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated high academic achievement
  • Experience with customer service in a fast-paced environment is very desirable
  • Experience in the secondary research is desirable
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Well-developed communication skills in English

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Under the supervision of the Practice Area Lead / wider Workflow Coordination team, you are a capable problem solver who comfortably multi-tasks while conducting coordination for the research workflow
  • You will have strong attention to detail, ensuring that critical information (data sources, internal billing, charge codes, etc.) is captured correctly in our automated request management system
  • With directions from DRS management, you will match available capacity to request inflow, ensuring the allocation is in line with experience, skills and language capabilities
  • Whilst building a solid understanding of the research workflow process and developing a sound understanding of BCG’s internal capabilities, you will cooperate with other DRS offices and team members to optimize capacity development
  • You will have strong communication skills and feel confident managing customer/stakeholder expectations
  • You will thrive in an intellectually intense environment and commit to gaining an understanding of all our Practice Area sources
