Role Overview:

Myntra, a leading fashion e-commerce platform, is hiring an Associate – E-learning Content Developer for their Contact Center in Bangalore. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to design comprehensive training plans for new and existing employees across all customer experience (CX) lines of business. The Training Content Design team, as part of Myntra Contact Center, is responsible for creating engaging and effective learning materials for both instructor-led and e-learning programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with key stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Develop engaging learning activities and courses using content authoring tools like Captivate, Articulate, Lectora, etc.
  • Review process documents and SOPs, providing insights to ensure clarity and inclusion of critical information.
  • Create various content assets, including SOPs, storyboards, presentations, audio, graphics, animations, games, etc.
  • Develop instructor-led courses, online programs, web-based learning aids, and other training programs.
  • Design quizzes to assess learner comprehension and periodically refresh training content.
  • Host and manage training content on the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs during the pilot and implement changes based on feedback.
  • Stay updated on emerging instructional technologies and make recommendations for adoption.

Required Skills:

  • Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in course design and development for various training programs.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and course development software.
  • Knowledge of instructional design concepts, storyboarding, assessments, and adult learning principles.
  • Proficient with content authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with SCORM and AICC technology standards.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Ability to collaborate with teams and stakeholders across different levels of hierarchy.
