Job Description 

Responsible for CSR Project implementation and Monitoring in 5 focus areas- Education, Health, Sustainable Livelihood, Rural Infrastructure and Social Project in surrounding 21 villages of Rajashree Cement Works – Mlakhed.

  • Project Planning and Implementation on 5 Focus areas- Education, Health, Sustainable Livelihood, Rural Infrastructure and Social Projects.
  • Reporting and Documentation- Project Proposal writing and submission based on the need assessment, Monthly reports, Quarterly reports and Annual Reports. 
  • Project Monitoring and Evaluation- Project monitoring based on the project designs and Key Project Indicators, Supervision of Field level staff, organising the need assessment and impact assessment.
  • Developing Cordial relation with nearby village communities, SHG, Grama Panchayat and Line Departments.
  • System Implementation:The system requirements of ISO and WCM systems  related to CSR- Statutory Baseline survey, Social Satisfaction Studies, Impact Assessments of the projects and communities.  
  • Creating micro planning’s of field implementations and monitoring.
  • Project Review documentations.
  • Project presentations, publications and displays. 
  • Organizing filed level programmed, awareness, visits.
  • Creating Organizational Memories. 

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience 

  • Master Of Social Work,Diploma in rural management,Master of Rural Studies,PG Diploma in rural management
  • Minimum Experience Level: 5-8 Years
