We are actively seeking a Team Lead for our Delivery Center. In this role, you will take charge of shift operations at our Delivery Centers and assist the DC Manager in performance management and operational planning.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Defining, Building, and Executing Delivery Processes: Manage the end-to-end delivery process from the delivery station to the customer’s address.
  • Optimizing Territorial Delivery Team: Ensure the delivery team has adequate resources to manage peak-time deliveries efficiently.
  • Team Engagement: Engage closely with delivery team members, including associates, to develop and maintain a highly motivated and performance-driven team.
  • Continuous Process Improvement: Strive for continuous improvement in the delivery process, achieving sustained high levels of delivery performance through process enhancements and training improvements. Initiate improvements to enhance quality standards, reduce waste, and eliminate unnecessary work.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and implement improvements.
  • Formal Process Control and Improvement: Implement formal process control and process improvement mechanisms, such as Kaizen.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong Leadership and People Management Skills: Ability to lead and manage teams effectively, even under high-pressure situations.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey and explain objectives for the Delivery Center and Amazon to the team. Strong listening skills to gather input and commitment from all team members.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Encourage the team to understand and meet customer expectations.
  • Ownership: Take ownership of tasks and ensure the successful delivery of changes, solutions, or services that fulfill customer needs.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing and interpreting information, identifying key facts, and reviewing alternatives to make informed decisions while considering associated risks.


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of City Topography and Road Network
