About the Role

As a Recruiting Associate at Accenture, you will be an essential part of our Human Resources vertical. Your role will revolve around various people-related functions, including recruiting, learning, training, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, organization development, and culture. Specifically, you will be aligned with our Recruitment vertical, responsible for delivering candidates to meet recruiting demands based on the Recruiting Plan. Our services encompass Recruitment, Sourcing, Scheduling, BGV, Document Collection, Onboarding & Internal Shared Services. You’ll collaborate with the world’s leading recruitment companies, helping them bring their vision to life by enhancing the candidate experience.

Key Qualifications

  • Education: Any Graduation
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years
  • Applications Knowledge: Proficiency in Outlook mailbox, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint), and familiarity with Workday/SAP/Service Now (an added advantage)

Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to make judgmental decisions in line with SLA’s and OLA’s
  • Willingness to work in UK shifts with occasional extended shifts if needed
  • Experience in recruitment/HR systems such as Workday/SAP
  • Strong communication skills
  • Exposure to HR Operations, including Onboarding, Background checks, and Employee Data Management (an added advantage)

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Create SNOW and SharePoint cases
  • Draft offers for new joiners and extend them through Workday
  • Conduct BGC checks for new joiners & Acquisitions/Workday hiring/New joiner Note and Reporting Instructions
  • Daily/weekly calls with recruiters to discuss candidate status
  • Identify and update process documentation utilized by the team
  • Participate in various internal or client initiatives related to Process
  • Pay close attention to quality of written and verbal English skills
  • Recognize inconsistencies in information and strive to overcome obstacles to create solutions
  • Seek guidance to resolve complex problems when needed
  • Support Team lead / SME with Daily stats/reporting and OE
  • Perform first-level quality checks and ensure quality targets are met
  • Assist in training new joiners
