Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering with more than 60% marks or CPI>6.5
  • Master’s degree in a relevant branch of Engineering with more than 65% marks or CPI>7.0.

Preferred Background/Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience and background in technical content creation
  • Exposure to the power and energy sector

Job Description:

As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the creation and planning of initiatives for course materials.
  • Providing support to instructors in formulating, tutoring, presentation making, and uploading e-Master’s content on a daily basis.
  • Maintaining databases of students with grades and scores in exams, involving some manual data entry.
  • Great communication skills to collaborate with clients and the team.
  • Resolving queries of e-Master participants.
  • Performing invigilation during exams/quizzes.
  • Providing logistics support to the participants during their campus visit.
  • Gathering information and conducting research as required.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the development of the Course plans.
  • Demonstrable professional experience in a related position.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and good attention to detail.

Selection Process:

  • Eligible candidates will be shortlisted based on the submitted online application and will be selected through a telephonic interview.

Salary:

  • ₹35,000 to ₹45,000 per month.
